YellowJacket and Antman (Future) synergy bug

Decided to test the F. Antman synergy with my 6* r2 yellowjacket, and to my surprise discovered that the physical vulnerabilities from the synergy are causing yellowjacket to deal less damage on hit rather than more. 
This is a normal light attack, 621 damage
This is the same light attack with 3 physical vulnerabilities, 488 damage
