New character bundle

I purchased 2 separate $49.99 bundles and on the second set of 5 paragon crystals I experienced connection issues and when I logged back it only showed 2 crystals instead of 5 to be opened. Can KABAM provide info on whether or not these crystals were applied to my account or if they are missing please investigate and compensate as needed?

    These crystals been disappearing so often I get why they're called ParaGONE crystals now.
