As a Paragon player myself, I would like to point out that not every offer in the game is about us.

Also, those deals rock and roll for the players who need that stuff. I mean, those prices are silky smooth.

While that is true, when the ingame mail says offered tuned to your account, this is not tuned to high level end game accounts

The in-game mail states the offer is tied to story progression.
