During a fight it randomly goes to pause menu ?

So i keep using ragnorak thor or vision when this occurs as far as i can tell so far. I haven't tried any other hero's to see if it would happen. But the glitch is when im fighting in story quest it randomly puts me at pause menu and i'm unsure why. Idk if anyone else has reported this if so i apologize if not then here is another glitch for you. The screen also turns to black for a second and goes to pause menu. I know you guys will investigate during maintenance so i hope it gets solved quickly. Thanks for reading this and giving me time to report this glitch, hope you guys at kabam have a good day and have good luck fixing the game during maintenance.
