Taken out of Matchmaking and missed a matchmaking

What the hell is happening. Ive auto enlisted my alliance for AW and have been on the matchmaking countdown, from 45 minutes untill 5 minutes left,i left the app to go on my twitter and then i come back and it says we have missed the matchmaking because we wasnt enlisted ??im so exasparated by this game we have just won a war to get us into gold 2, kabam please help with this

    File a ticket for sure. This is the second post I’ve seen like this, and it happened to my last alliance at the very beginning of this season. Maybe it’s a bug flying under the radar
