Korg rock stack increases vs Sunspot

Trying to understand why Korg’s rock stack sometimes increases vs Sunspot. Have a short video but it won’t let me post. Rock stack keeps going down then back up when I hit him.

    If Korg is duped he has X% chance to shrug off a debuff and replace it with a rock stack while his rock stacks are active. Sunspot is a bad play against Korg since every single hit deals a debuff.

    Try Bishop instead. He inflicts Energy Burst damage when the opponent shrugs off a debuff (and also Passive stuns Skill champs who shrug off a stun debuff).

    Throw an SP1 and watch Korg disintegrate as he shrugs off the Incinerates.

    Unfortunately I don’t have a 6* for my BG team. Probably need to throw Namor back in deck.
