8.3 beta infinite loading bug

hello friends i have a buddy who is trying to return to the main game after doing a quest in the 8.3 beta however his game is in limbo and wont load the beta or main game he has tried everything from restarting to redownloading and just waiting for the game to load itself i informed him to send in a ticket but i wanted to come here and see if anyone else is having this issue or if kabam could perhaps be a bit faster with trying to help us out thanks
