Opponent blocking relic combo in middle of fight.

Since last 4-5 days anyone noticed that opponent is blocking relic combo in the middle of the fight due to this always get a combo from the opponent.
I faced this many times in BG and event quest.
And event quest nodes are forcing us to bind the relic and use it.
But this bug costing me to use revives.
I don't have any video proof can't play with screen recording.
