    One prob mordo is a significant amount of rating higher than agent venom

    Mordo has 40% chance to regen on special 3.
    Special 2 has soul barb which cause degeneration (and made stronger if opponent champ has buff).
    Heavy generates fury.
    When stunned, there is astral attack (except Drax and a few female champs who ignore the attack).
    Can block unblockable by holding block for x seconds.

    Why is Mordo weaker than Agent Venom?
