Arena scores re: maintenance

Any plans to look at arena scores this time around as non us players are all at a disadvantage given the maintenance was at night for them

Nothing will be done since they announced the maintenance days before it happened.

It won't make a difference. If no one is playing, there's no competition.

    Meanwhile in unknown country:
"People, we are going to repair this road. Work will begin next thursday at 8:00. Road will be closed for 4 hours and there will not be any chance to go on it."

Thursday next week, 9:00 AM, random driver who was announced:
"I demand compensation for this road maintenance!!!"

The most terrible thing is that most people like this driver ARE HEARD and given some compensation. Cos lot of people are dishonest...

@OndZ what a terrible example. How about a race to see who will win but you can't be on track between 10 pm and 6am. Now I have to beat your time but I did my normal work and I can't start till 10pm. And still have to get up for work next morning. I personally don't care as I don't push in arena anymore but in something competitive it really hurts certain time zones.

@Wil6541 So you also demand different time ending of each arena? Cos in my case arenas end at 6pm.
    No, you dont, right?

So the road is closed, we all knew that and it doesnt matter if you go to work or for children or on a party. The road is closed. It cant be closed for single people from 8am to 12am, for married people from 10am to 2pm and for people going on night shifts from 8pm to 3 am...

    No, it cant...

Yeah, some people benefits cos they sleep while ext. maintenance goes in action, but dont forget that they sleep even if there is no maintenance and they lose their chance to get points... A vice versa...

I had advance warning so I should have moved to a different county so I could be on a level playing ground clearly! Warning people doesn’t mean they aren’t disadvantaged!

True, but it does give them the opportunity to just not grind for that arena since they will get screwed by maintenance.

One way or the other there’s always going to be a group who will be at a disadvantage, experience more hinder from scheduled maintenance. That’s just the way it is, just suck it up, accept it & move on. Asking for compensation, exceptions, or whatever is getting really old.
If you want the basic or featured, grind for it, work your way around the scheduled maintenance. Oh, you got RL which got in the way, better luck next time ;)

@OndZ it's not really vice versa though it is always when one is asleep. So right timezone it always has no impact the next it always impacts. My timezone maintenance I wake up new arena has already started and been running for 2 hrs (I wake up at 4 am) so you had 2 hrs running I then gotta catch up to people that played at night up to maintenance. They then go to sleep I can't play again because of 8hr maintenance till 9pm at my timezone. So I either have to stay up late to catch up remember (I woke up at 4am) or I'm screwed. One timezone always has sleep time stolen one always has prime time playing stolen. Feesible I have to grind hard at work before maintenance to keep up. Like I said before I don't grind and don't care but it is a very legit complaint.
