Viv Vision needs a tune up

As we all know viv is an amazing champ she has some decent utility and some great damage. Though I think her main problem is how limited her rotation is. If you haven't killed the opponent by the time your solar charges runout then you have to wait a pretty long time, and since I'm pretty sure she was designed for bg's this really affects her performance. I think an easy remedy to this would either to boost her damage a bit so that you would only need to refresh if it was a huge health pool, or you make it so that she can regain her armor ups quicker through intercepting or heavy attacks, something like that.
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks this but feel free to express your opinions.
