Missing Rewards

I think I participated in 4 wars this past season with the new alliance I joined and didn’t get the rewards. Can this be helped or cleared up? If I’m wrong about that, then makes sense.

Can I please get my season rewards because I still haven't got my season Rewards and yes I participated in four Wars can you guys please figure this out thank you
