After bans, Cheaters should be locked out of...

When cheaters return from their bans they should be locked out of multiplayer content like battlegrounds or alliance wars until the end of that season. Because I don't see the point of banning them for 1 week so that they can play again quietly and have access to season rewards for this type of content.
