Issue with loyalty and requesting help

I’ve noticed the last few weeks I’ve not been getting to 1000 points of loyalty each day. I thought my alliance just wasn’t requesting it but after having a group chat with them I don’t believe that to be the case. I have noticed that directly after a fight, the help for the champs I just used, will already have been requested. Then I will come back later and see that it hasn’t been requested or I will request it directly after a fight and come back later to find out I need to do it again. Sometimes it will allow me to request help several times before the limit expires. Can someone with Kabam please look into this issue? Is anyone else seeing this problem? I didn’t search the forums but I probably should have. I didn’t put this in bugs cause I’m not sure it’s an issue or if it’s working as it should so I wanted to ask others.
