Points for using energy in battlegrounds

I play battlegrounds pretty regularly during the season and I don't really spend too much on elder marks, if any at all. I know elder marks give smore points towards the solo battlegrounds event whereas using the regular energy not so much. I would love if the regular energy also gives the same amount of points or at least higher than what it is now. I know I can just spend trophy tokens to get more elder marks but I would still like to see some increase in points gained due to energy consumption.

    I don't think they will change the points for energy since players can get it free and grind for it. They want the player based to use elder marks since for the most part you need to use units to buy it.

    I can understand from that point of view but I would like to at least see some increase in points given per energy consumption in there for the free to play players or for those who can't compete beyond a certain point
