Mistake with checkbox

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to have back the message for low health of a champion before a fight? My phone was lagging when the message appeared and I got frustrated and started tapping on the button to go to the fight but it seems one of my taps went to the checkbox "Don't show this message again" 
It is the first time I use the forum, and I didn't find a way to contact directly the support team. Please let me know if there is a way.
