Block and lag issue

Kabam i have been suffering through huge block and lag issues for weeks and had high hopes this would be fixed by now. I mean, i can't parry, block, or fight well since by the time the game responds, I've been knocked out. When is this finally going to get fixed?
I had hoped to not have to stop spending money on this game as I average 50-100 per week.
But after everything I've endured through this, you've had plenty of time to come up with a patch.
In the meantime, I will also play marvel heroes omega until I can actually block. They have no problem providing a game that actually works as intended. Wish me luck, i just bought Jean grey for $15 and I'm excited to level her up.
