war enlistment issue!

in Bugs and Known Issues
my alliance should have been on war today but a glitch or misunderstanding occured. i have double checked it whether it was enlisted or not and it was.
i have turned auto enlistment on both 'on and off seasons' but my alliance didnt went on war instead is now pushed off 3 days.

i thought it was auto enlistment issue and i tried to do it manually and guess what? the system is not letting me enlist into the war.
i try to confirm the enlistment but when i do so, it changes back to 'not enlisted'.
shat shall i do?
if this goes on, my alliance is doomed.
help!
