100 percent normal, no rewards

I completely explored normal for the gods of the arena quest and did not get my rewards, they are checked off as received but I did not get any, I had spent all my crystal shards before I completed quest and had over 400k valor, nothing changed after finishing last quest. I got a notice for finding bounty mission and started it at the end of the fight, I am on a Samsung grand Core prime running marshmallow. user name fitzgigger

    Can you please post screenshots of total valor received (It is in your profile), checked off Beginner and Normal quests?

    You don't get valor for 100% of full normal run. You get it for 100% of chapter 3 of normal. You probably received this earlier.

    Just so you are aware, you only get valor if you 100% the 3rd chapter in each difficulty. Completing the whole event 100% is not required, so it is possible you maybe got the rewards earlier and did not notice.

    Heroic 450000+150000=600,000
    Normal 300000+100000=400,000

    Total 600,000+400,000=1,000,000 + 200,000ish from Valor quests, arena and daily events, you are probably right on mark.

    then something else is going on, because I used all my shard crystals before hand then I got it to 100% and got no shards
