Unit store unavailable

Need help I’m trying to go into the unit store and when I go in it says “ purchases no longer available contact support”. I started a ticket with kabam but haven’t heard back yet!!! Been playing since the game started in 2014 and never had this problem before! Really need it fixed before the July 4th weekend deals! Anyone else having this issue

I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled multiple times and checked for updates and still nothing.
