Linking apple id from game center to a kabam id

Hi,

so an alliance mate of mine has this issue. He has an Apple device and would like to switch to an android device. Currently, he doesn't have a kabam id linked to his account. He only uses game center to log in. He tried to contact kabam support, but he can't recall the date of creation for his account, so he keeps failing the account verification because of just that. How can he do it? He just wants to create a Kabam id linked to his account. He tried before, but ended up with a new profile starting from scratch... As it stands, he can only ever play the game on an apple device... or start back from zero. We're talking about many years of efforts put into his account... feels bad

    He can go into his App Store account and look at the date mcoc was first installed. That should be on or very close to the date his account was created (unless it’s an alt account or someone else created it, then he’s probably out of luck)

    no it's his only account but he deleted the game for a while at the beginning, so the dates are confused
