Well, it does NOT expose input issues. It shows what the champ is doing, NOT your inputs... if ever they are different. I stood still during one of my fights this morning, and my champ charged forward with a medium attack. The tracker said I was doing a medium attack even though I wasn't touching the screen. BROKEN. This feature is anti-player (in my opinion) so long as it doesn't help expose the input drops and whatever you want to call actions that happen when you're supposed to be standing still and not inputting. I won't bother recording a fight to show this case since I don't have that feature that shows finger movement. The tracker mimics what happens... NOT the input. Turning this feature off. Better time should've been spent on issues in the game. Come on, Kabam.
How can we put that combo thing off, i know my moves it is more anyoing in my screen then helpfull. For new players yes it can help out but for more experienced players it is an overdue to the screen.

After looking at combo tracker I like it. I wish it was a bit more in the corner. And I wish the medium icon came up when they dashed. Not when the medium starts. Because you can’t dash and not do a medium attack. This would clarify what Is a dash and what is “weird glitchy Ai stutter walk thing”. But I guess I’m asking for it to be too perfect.
You can interrupt your medium with a special. Hell, the ai can intercept your medium with a special.
Point being, initiating a medium does not guarantee the start of a“combo
The Ai Can’t interrupt their medium with a special. And you HAVE to throw a medium to dash. So does the Ai.
Am I missing something or does this not at all explain what the stupid symbols represent? Is it that hard to add that to the post? I have a hard enough time trying to recover when my champion dashes back in the middle of a combo. Now, I have to assess other screen cues? But I do like that this adds greater transparency when my inputs don’t match my outputs…once I figure out what each symbol means
Not sure if it’s related but I’m noticing an increase in dropped inputs with this update. Unfortunately it’s anecdotal experience only, so nothing more helpful than that to state
After all of these years I was hoping “combo tracker” would work towards events. Say, “With 1,000 successful hits, receive 20,000 gold. 2,500… 5,000… etc.” Or receive rewards for being “untouched.”
This is a pretty useless update. I guess I’ll keep wishing upon a star.
I get how this could help newplayers with knowing how their combo is going but is it just me who has their thumb covering that bit of the screen anyways
The new Combo Tracker feature, in my opinion, didn't quite hit the mark for improving summoners' quality of life. If it's intended to help new players as attackers, it would be better suited for the training grounds. And when it comes to identifying the opponent's combo finish and reacting in time, the delayed display of the attack used makes it too late to react effectively. On top of that, it adds unnecessary clutter to the screen, especially in areas with multiple rows of buffs or debuffs. Thankfully, we have the option to disable it, but overall, I don't think this feature enhances the QOL for summoners.
