Permissions options for Alliance leaders

This may have already been brought up before, but it would be nice to be able to have “permissions” options for alliance leaders to select what officers can or can’t do.
This would allow alliance leaders less hesitant to make people officers, if they can make it to not allow them to kick people from the alliance if they get mad and decide to become malicious.
