If I have willpower why does Mangog not heal when I have weakness as a debuff on him?

    Were you also heal blocked by the other node?

    Yes and that’s if the special attack makes contact. I did not have heal block and I was under 2 weakness debuffs and I saw no regeneration.

    It says when the defenders special attacks inflicts a heal block. No mention of contact or not. Just like when Surfer throws a heavy, you get armour break automatically unless your immune to it or Angela throws a sp1 or sp2, you are inflicted with an armour break unless your immune to it. There are other examples of champs doing this.

    The special does not have to make contact.
