Not received items (Summoner store)

I purchased a BP and Odin from summoner store logged into game and only got BP rewards I did get the units from Odin but after multiple restarts I haven't received the bonus items from odin purchase

    Missing the awakening gem and rank 2-3 with the Odin. Got everything else.

    I bought BP and got only units.. hope they solve this soon

    Looking at my receipt I now see I purchased a grandmaster one @Kabam Miike do I submit a ticket or do a refund through Xsolla

    Don't refund it, don't even use the wrong items open a support ticket and tell them the issue.

    If you refund Kabam will put you in the negative credits
