Error Message when attempting to purchase additional 4th deals

I purchased an Odin vault for the 4th deals. It went through but now keeps saying "Transaction incomplete. Waiting for Transaction to be approved" any time I attempt to make an additional purchase. I spoke with both my credit card company and apple support and both are saying the transaction went through. I'm just trying to purchase additional bundles to unlock the rest of the items I want to purchase.

I sent an email to support, but this is time sensitive as I only have access to the tier 4 deal for another 1d21hrs. Any help would be appreciated from Kabam.
