I am not getting the solo event rewards(Bug?)

in Bugs and Known Issues
So recently as part of the July fourth sale I spent 5 dollars to buy the bonus Peter Parker wallet bonus login offer and I got the units but did not get the 6000 plus points I should have gotten for the solo event. Someone I know bought the offer on their phone and when I logged in on my IPad it did not give me any points despite me restarting my game many times. Is this a big or am I just dumb please help me guys.

    You get points for spending units on offers, not receiving units when buying them.
    You start with the 750 unit deal and go from there.

    Yes but there was something on the solo event that said 6750 points for purchasing a bonus login offer
