Summoner's Market bug

I purchased the Stark Case from the Summoner's Market. The units showed up on my account, but never received the July 4th extras. I've rebooted at least 5 times., and waited overnight to give it time. Fwiw, I believe I would classify as proven rewards. (Completed 5.3.6).

    Raise a support ticket, it's possible ypu accidentally clicked on the stark case towards the bottom of the market which is just the generic version but nonetheless raise a ticket as that's how it'll ultimately be resolved one way or another.

    Everything comes in game in the same pop up message, units and bonus items. So yeah, I agree with above. Check your receipt and make sure of what you purchased.

    Similar thing happened to me. I purchased the Black Panther one twice (and I have the receipts to prove it) and got the wrong items the second purchase. Both receipts show what I SHOULD have gotten in game.
