Yo you need to submit a report ticket but most likely you purchased them to quickly and the servers tagged your transactions as fraudulent.
You might be asking how I know this is exactly what happened well let me tell you something. 2 years ago during the spring cleaning event I went to buy the stupid piggy bank and it glitched. The next thing I know I lost access to the unit store and couldn't take advantage of any of the offers in the spring cleaning store. I emailed Kabam every day multiple times a day but they didn't fix it until after the spring cleaning offers had ended. They accused me of making fraudulent transactions at first until they realized that it was just a glitch and they then restored the unit store for me but like I said it was too late. I was unable to purchase a single item. I kept asking them to extend the offers to me after the event had concluded and eventually somebody admitted that I did nothing wrong but there was nothing they could do to fix it. Basically they told me we're sorry our bad tough luck better luck next time. Yeah I was really mad I'm still mad about this. Complete BS and I'm sorry you're going through it. Most likely they will not restore your unit store for a couple weeks because it took me over two weeks to get access to mine back and I did nothing wrong just like you are claiming.
So go create a support ticket and enjoy spending the next two weeks trying to prove to them you did nothing wrong.

Actually that same exact thing happened to me. At first I thought I read it wrong but I didn’t. I got the $29 one (stark I think or starlord…) paragon. Came back later and it was still there and still said 1/1 so bought it again and got like the grandmaster contents (5 star nexus…)

Placed a ticket because I received the wrong items from my purchase. Waiting to hear back from support but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. Now the unit offers are gone and I can’t buy them. What the hell Kabam?
