BG rewards disappearing for anyone else?

Before playing any match in BG this season, i have 4 potential rewards (win 1, 2, 3 victory track and complete 3 victory track), but when i've completed a few matches and completed all rewards and go to claim them, only 2 of them are still there to be claimed. So have the other 2 just disappeared and those rewards are lost or what? Has this happened to anyone else?
That's 400 tokens lost every 48 hours and that's a lot of lost tokens over the whole season.
