Legends run July 2023

Hello summoners,
as the title says I will be going for a legends run when the next eq drops. Im planning to use Ghost for proven and hitmonkey for contender ( both are rank 4). Any tips with Ghost? I thought I could entercept ( begin the fight with a light) everytime but the AI often just goes back instantly. This leaves me worried if I should use Ghost at all
Also any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Just did the run with a time of 3hrs and 7 minutes, should be good enough

    Did mine last night 3hours 49minutes not too confident with that but it’s my first time ever attempting

    Was my first time aswell. I used Ghost for proven and hitmonkey for conqueror.
    Who did you use?
    I think under 4hrs should be fine

    I did a run that took 3 hours and 11 minutes using R5 6* Corvus. Game froze/crashed twice on me but I think that’s plenty fast enough

    I got 3:05, anything under 4 hrs should be good.

    I got it! My time was 3:15, and I was 69th lol that’s funny, who else got it and what was your times?
