I did not receive my July 4th purchase from the Summoner's Marketplace

Hello,

I paid for a Thronebreaker's Tony Stark's Briefcase as it was suitable to my needs at this point. However, after payment, I did not receive the items in-game. This is a time-sensitive matter as the 4th of July deals are about to expire (in fact, I had already purchased all of the Tony Stark's Briefcases via my phone so the website was my last opportunity at one) and I would much prefer to receive my in-game items To this end I've attached the email from Xsolla (the payment provider) confirming my purchase. If I receive my items in the interim I will let you know and you can close this thread.

Even stranger, I purchased the Cavalier Daily Special from the Summoner's Marketplace and those came through fine. I still have not received the Tony Stark's Briefcase. The second photo is a shot of my email inbox where you can clearly see the receipts for both purchases.





As mentioned previously, I would much rather have the in-game items because they represent (in my opinion) fantastic value for money. Hopefully you can help me before the offers expire.
