So today was 14th day of uncollected shard crystal. It means i had 1500shards and needed 500 more. Instead,calendar and shards were just reseted... anyone else has same problem?

It was yesterday. They were reseted today.
It means you already opened the GM crystal

I opened by gmc yesterday when I got 500 shards. Did you miss a day? It resets if you miss a day

i believe you but i am unsure why it would even do that to begin with maybe cause of maintenance ? Im probably wrong i think idk

Well if the 500 shards was next he would have had 1500 shards not 25 so either he lost all his shards or he opened the crystal

Yeah does not matter if he/she missed it he /she should still have the shards from before.

I haven't been getting shards either, and was about to submit a ticket. I was sitting at 1500 and collected 500 but once again got nothing.
