Should Stamina Refills be more available? Or a new type of them for incursions?

So first off what are Stamina Refills?
They are those refills that you can spend to recover one champion you already used in arena instead of using units.
And so far the only way to earn them is to get them when you begin playing the game at beginner 7 days. You can only get 5 of them.
Should they be more available or have a new type of them made for incursions added to the game?
It's something that only beginners in the last few years can have access to so far.(please correct me if i missed any information about this)
