Did not receive item from Summoner’s market

I bought the Paragon daily special from Summoner’s Market almost a week ago and did not receive the item. Opened a support ticket almost immediately and there has been ZERO response. I still have not received a response on the ticket and still have not received my item. Is this a normal response time on a support ticket? Seems a bit absurd, especially for a payment issue.

    Over 8 days now. No response. Will this ever be addressed? Is my ticket lost in a dead queue? Is the support team so overwhelmed that there’s a backlog? Any response from anyone, anywhere that I have shared information would be greatly appreciated.
