Where'd My Shards Go??

Pretty much all my 4* star shards are gone. I can't remember exactly how many I had, not a ton, but over 10k, now all of a sudden I have 2k, I haven't spent them on anything in a long time, so I don't really keep up with them, but know I had a lot more then I do now. Anyone else missing shards?
