hulk Bahamut blasts not functioning

in Bugs and Known Issues
from phase 2 onwards, hulk bahamet's radiation blast after special attacks does not work.
Parrying the blast does not send it back
heavying into the blast does not send it back.
spent 15~ revives testing this, across multiple lanes, as far as I can tell it isnt lane specific.

was aiming for exploration today, will have to wait.

    Did you throw a special into it first in phase 2?

    I ran 4 paths yesterday & had no issues. Until phase 4, you need to throw special at 3 or more volatility 1st to get removal charge. Once you have that, parry or heavy blast

    yeah, i only had issues once he got below 80% health.
    Ive beaten him before, and had no issues then, only when going for exploration today did I have issues
