AI throwing specials when rooted

Since the update I’ve noticed AI is currently throwing specials when they’re rooted.

I’m doing Diablo path in 7.4.6 using Baron with his rotation and I have now got 2 vids of Diablo using his specials when he’s still rooted. Picture is shown just before he uses a special even in slow motion it shows the rooted is still active.

That's the way to break free of root.

They are no longer Sp3 locked when rooted. They won't throw the other specials

That means Zemo lock is gone now
Should've mentioned it in patch notes instead of being sneaky about it....but unfortunately that's the usual modus operandi

It was mentioned in the trello board as a known issue
