So I recently started a new account because of Nick136, but I can't purchase this bundle, even tough I'm a conqueror.

I have the same issue with bundle 10. I am max on t4b, so I did a test and if I sell one and have an empty spot for 1 t4b I can buy it. There is no way this is intended as there are other bundles with t4b that it will let me buy even when full.
