AW matchmaking broken - expert / tier 1

Our alliance is in tier 1 (finished last season in third spot)

We were really looking forward to testing the new placement / attack system and unfortunately after 4h of matchmaking no match was found and it switched to new matchmaking

If it matters defense was set in 3 BGs on the expert map.

Please look into it ASAP, not getting a match during season is catastrophic for a top 5 master alliance (and any other tbh, that’s too many points lost even from one war you can’t get a match in)

Not getting a match in offseason is unfortunate because we can’t practice new attack phase / updated global

We invested a lot into next season with resources from multiple offers, would like to see actual value from it

Thanks for your attention, please fix it ASAP

    Another matchmaking has been going on for over an hour now with no progress so far

    For some reason while we didn’t change our enlistment setting (3 BGs in offseason / season, no changes compared to before and never had issues with matches) right before war we had this (several officers checked on / off season enlistment):



    Now we have (while matchmaking is happening):



    No one switched the enlistment status, the game somehow thinks we are not enlisted while the matchmaking is happening

    Hopefully Kabam can look into it and delay the start of the season to get this resolved

    Will post a follow up whether we got a match or not, nothing so far, the game is trying so fingers crossed I guess
