Still no balancing info on Kate and Viv

It has been over a month now since Cassie and Antman info came out, so I’m starting to wonder why there has still not been anything official on Kate and Viv. I really hope for something soon, since my items from July sales are expiring soon and while I would really like to rank up both champs and sig them up I don’t really want to do so before their balancing info gets released.
