Reliq bugs

Since the increasing importance reliqs and strikers into all game modes, it is about to time to address bugs and ambiguities about them.
A thread addressing known bugs and issues discovered so far could maybe be useful for some fixes before strikers are launched into Aw mode.
- the delay of the animation of some strikers some times makes your striker whiff when you want to intercept with it
- when using omegared as an attacker spores decrease during the strikers hits, they increase instead if a striker is used against him (is the spacing of the striker meant to count as close to the defender or far since it s another champion hitting the opponent ?)
- more details about the nature of the buffs/debuffs activated by reliqs abilities should be given to understand better if and how they can interact with AAR or other mechanics non-reliq based
