So i was playing TB EQ 1.1 and i encountered this.
I thought this might be the black widow relic on zemo but there is nothing in the description. I actually saw the same timer when playing mantis who has the black panther relic on but no on shang chi with black panther relic as well or any other champ in the same EQ namely absman and rocket.
I have activated this buff twice on accident and I don’t know what is its perfect timing cuz it either shows late or early.
Anyone else with any idea.
