I made an accidental purchase .Will Kabam fix it ?

I am not even sure what I brought . I accidentally clicked something on the front page and I am on this page and I am missing well over 1300 units

I tried sending a tcker but it asks me to put “What is the Google Play Transaction ID/Order number?” and I don’t know what to put in

Can someone help ?

    If you’re seeing that page then you didn’t buy anything and nothing there works out to 1300 units anyway. You can ask support to check which unit purchases you made in game and they should be able to look back, but there’s no guarantee there. Maybe you accidentally bought other units offers that were stacked there?

    If you’re seeing that page then you didn’t buy anything and nothing there works out to 1300 units anyway. You can ask support to check which unit purchases you made in game and they should be able to look back, but there’s no guarantee there. Maybe you accidentally bought other units offers that were stacked there?

    I think it was around 1300 units . I am not exactly sure how much it was and since they are missing I definitely purchased something . Whatever it was it closed up before I could see . Probably . Is there a chance they will give me back the units ?

    Kabam support has actually always been super helpful for me. If you don't do anything and open a ticket immediately, detail what happened, they will look into it and help out.

    They can check your account and see when units were spent and what they were spent on. But sometimes communicating what you want to accomplish takes 8 tries, so be persistent. Back when 7* and Paragon crystals launched and the game was broken as heck I had nearly 8k 6* shards just disappear. So I sent them a message about my missing shards and they responded with something like “we are aware that people didn’t get some of their points from opening Paragon crystals”…well that wasn’t what I was asking. 3 or 4 messages and the problem was solved.
