Lagging and still losing battle ground

Is anyone else having these issues? Constant I go into battle and have to sit there and wait just lose the match. Then you get ppl declining matches which I feel should be considered a loss and we should get the win for that. I had 4 matches back to back on my last token to get to vibranium and was declined each time atleast once then boom someone with 30 maxed out 7*’s. It’s decently rotated thru out the process til your about to be promoted.
