Root and how it affects Spot

While Portal Blocked, Spot is Rooted in place. This Root seems to be the same exact kind we see everywhere else in game. Currently, this is how Root is described:

After doing a bit of testing, I don't believe the special attack prevention ability does anything to affect Spot since he already can't throw specials while blocking, and I don't believe it causes any strange interactions with champions or nodes. But, the AI bias aspect does cause a bit of a weird interaction. Since Rooted Defenders have a bias towards Heavy Attacks, while Spot has Portal Block active, all he can do is hold block, throw an sp3, or heavy attack. No dashing back, no light or medium attacks. This makes fights like these pretty interesting:
