So, is kabam staying silent on this whole zemo thing now, there's been several good and valid arguments in the main zemo root nerf thread now against what @Kabam Miike has said on Friday, yet over 25 pages and 30k views and we'll over 700 replies, has since gone ignored? Are we going to get a response or not.?
How can a company treat their customer base like that??

I'd say, from the post found in News & Announcements, they expect you to wait till, say, August.

I've seen that, but there has been a multitude of reasonable arguments against it.. why haven't they been addressed?? No one knows what a trello board is, so them saying it was on there so no rdts issued, is a snake move and needs to be addressed.. abit of respect to the people who pay your way would be nice

Because "addressing issues" with this bunch of complainers is like fighting Hydra. Answer one question, two more take its place.

They gave you their answer. You aren't happy about it. Nothing they say will change that. Any answer will be met with scorn and derision, so why bother.

This root change does not impact many Zemo players, but the ones who are mad about it are losing their minds on the forum, so it seems bigger than it is IMO.

To me, it’s not about Zemo specifically anymore. It’s about nerfing a champ and hiding behind a “we put in on the Trello” response to justify it. It’s about a total failure to communicate the issue as it was identified, during the rebalance update, or before launching the fix. How the company chooses to handle these situations has become the issue for me.

Their have been many instances where the community has provided plethora of reasonable arguments but they remain unadressed by Kabam
This won't be the first time.......unfortunately won't be last either

Sounds like white knights gonna white knight and like to speak for the whole player base when they are a vocal minority of a vocal minority.

Pretty common actually. We went through this with revive farming and the subsequent nerf. The lack of meaningful apothecary revives and potions, absurd odds, etc. Tons of valid arguments… gathered dust and died. They already took all of the complaints, angst, and unfairness into account…. And they are ok with it. There isn’t another answer

I don't think a petition from The MCOC Addict Coalition will have any real impact as long as people keep spending to get their fix. I've brought my spending waaaaaaay down and I'm sure others have too, but whales gonna whale. I'm certain that on an individual level, Kabam employees get why people are expressing negative responses all the time. People always know who at work is actively bad at their job, lazily coasting, or trying but undersupported. As a company, I'm also certain that the decision makers super don't care about our annoyances or the near constant employee bungling, because the cash still rolls in.

I bet many of you know what Trello is but have selective memory when it comes to this issue.

After years of playing this game and monitoring the forums, I only found out about it 2 months ago during a Brian Grant stream, and even then it took me 4 days to find out how to access it. It's not exactly something you can just google or go in game for. You have to find a link to it, and the official one here on the forums has less than 10k views. And that's not even unique viewers.
