Act 8.2 Bug( am I the only one?)

So these images are of Act 8.2.2 Where the reward for the gambit path should tier 6 catalyst and spiderman stark enhanced should have t3 Alpha, those went missing just after I tried the path and then exit to retry and now they are gone. I did send a report to @kabam but they're reply made me a little confused so trying here to gather some info....

    Rewards aren’t displaying correctly. I logged a ticket because I didn’t think I received the rewards. They said I did… so as I complete each path now I check my totals on shards and fragments. It does look like the are adding correctly in the background despite not showing on the path and/or on the rewards screen. Looks like a visual bug.
