I just turned paragon, but had previously completely explored the thronebreaker ties that bind difficulty. The objective remains unfinished, even though I completed it. It’s like 11k tier 6 class catalyst and I definitely need that

You weren’t paragon when you met the requirements as you say, so that’s why it’s still there. Put in a support ticket, some have had success in getting the objective granted to them.
