Mythic Crystal Bug

Hey, so I've emailed Kabam support yesterday about the Mythic Crystal Bug and if they could reset my account. I told them specifically that I've abused it, and I want my champions to be taken away and everything reset. I've came to look at the Email I've gotten back, and I am rather confused but suprised. I don't know if they're confused, because I've mentioned crystals, not shards. I want to see thoughts on this.

    It's a pretty big error in the game right now that happened, hasn’t been resolved to NOT acknowledge it directly in the ticket reply. I feel like this is more of a copy & paste response I've been given.

    Personally I wouldn't take what support say as 100% accurate.. After them saying that a champ going into basics would not go into any saved crystals you had for that champ to one player some time ago I find it hard to trust support.

    Support doesnt know what they're talking about 80% of the time. I've had responses from them where i go "are you sure? Because I'm positive that's not true" and they go oh yeah you're right
